I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Registered Play Therapist in the state of Missouri. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. I have worked in schools, as well as outpatient substance abuse treatment. I can help if you are struggling with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I can also help if your child is struggling at school or socially. I am a strengths based therapist who believes that true connection and compassion lead to growth and healing. ​I utilize a variety of techniques and interventions, including Solution Focused therapy, DBT, artistic expression, and Play Therapy.
